Amartya Sahastranshu Singh: Founder and Chief Editor
Amartya, the Chief Editor of the Writ Review, is a graduate from the National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi. He is also an LLM candidate for International Law specialization at the Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur. His robust experiences in legal research, drafting, compliance, and litigation strategy stems from academic pursuits, internship experiences, research projects and extension courses. He has publications in national and international blogs/journals such as South Asia Journal, Journal of Victimology and Victim Justice (SAGE Journals), Centre for Business and Commercial Laws (NLIU), Society for International Law and Policy (WBNUJS), Fletcher Forum of World Affairs (Tufts University), among others. Apart from writing, he also has several Internships and Editorship experiences supplementing his skills.
Pratyush Kumar: Co-founder and Performance Strategist
Pratyush is a final-year law student at the National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi, poised to graduate in the summer of 2025. His strong analytical skills have been honed through prestigious internships at firms such as Alba Law, Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, and Tata Steel, where he gained valuable experience in General Corporate Compliance, Tax Compliance, and Intellectual Property Disputes. Pratyush excels in niche areas of law, particularly Maritime Law, demonstrated by his participation in the 9th International Maritime Arbitration Moot organized by National Law University Odisha. He is also well-versed in emerging technologies, particularly in the realms of Artificial Intelligence and Data Privacy disputes. In addition to his legal pursuits, Pratyush enjoys exploring world history and playing chess, reflecting his broad intellectual curiosity.
Ishita Joglekar: Head of Digital Engagement
Ishita is an accomplished marketing and operations professional currently serving as the Lead Marketer at the renowned start-up, Tiggle. She is dedicated to helping people fall in love with brands while building trust with clients and fostering meaningful connections. Ishita graduated in Mass Communication from MIT World Peace University and is currently pursuing her MBA from Liverpool John Moores University. An avid digital enthusiast, she has a deep passion for social media, marketing, and copywriting. In addition to her professional pursuits, Ishita is often found immersed in history books, reflecting her old soul and love for Indian history and culture. This passion has inspired her initiative, ‘Wirasat’, which aims to preserve India’s rich heritage through storytelling, material memory, and media.
Atika Chaturvedi: Author and Senior Editor
Atika, a graduate of the National University of Study and Research in Law in Ranchi, is now thriving as an associate at Vidhii Partners, Advocates, where she focuses on commercial disputes. Her journey has been enriched by internships at various NGOs and firms, which have contributed to her holistic growth and diverse background. Atika is passionate about writing and has published pieces in renowned national and international platforms, including South Asia Journal, RightsViews (Columbia University), Berkeley Journal of International Law, Völkerrechtsblog, Centre for Business and Commercial Laws (NLIU), and the Fletcher Forum of World Affairs (Tufts University), among others.
Sakhi Sharma: Junior Editor
Sakhi, a second-year law student at the National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi, blends her legal aspirations with various activities. She hosts the “Planet Pulse” podcast on Spotify, discussing law and adjudication. As a content writer and blogger, she has published articles on the environment, gender, and well-being in “Know Disasters” magazine. Selected by Dr. Kiran Bedi for a podcast on “Fearless Governance,” she has also worked on a tiger conservation documentary with the Times of India and with the Australian Literary and Arts Society on women’s and children’s well-being in 2024. Currently, she interns under Professor Benjamin Gregg at the University of Texas, researching medical prospects and bioethics concerning Indian issues. Her writing earned her a scholarship to Sydney’s summer school after winning a blog competition on philosophy. Deeply connected to her roots, she eagerly seeks new opportunities to learn and grow.
